ACTIVE INGREDIENTS:
All Dimetapp formulas are alcohol‑free.

Acetaminophen, 320 mg (Pain reliever/Fever reducer)

Acetaminophen reduces fever. It also temporarily relieves muscle aches and pain, sore throat, and headache.
Diphenhydramine HCl, 12.5 mg (Antihistamine/Cough suppressant)

Antihistamines help with allergies and other symptoms, and cough suppressants work to temporarily help reduce coughing. Diphenhydramine hydrochloride does both.

Diphenhydramine hydrochloride, found in Dimetapp, relieves itchy, watery eyes; sneezing; and runny nose caused by hay fever, allergies, or the common cold. It also works as a cough suppressant to temporarily relieve cough.
Phenylephrine HCl, 5 mg (Nasal Decongestant)

Nasal decongestants unclog stuffy noses.

Phenylephrine Hydrochloride, found in Dimetapp, relieves the nasal congestion caused by colds, allergies, and hay fever.
